Refund Policy

This policy applies in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), including the ACL, you have rights, warranties, guarantees, and remedies that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified. These are your Statutory Rights.

If you are a consumer under the ACL, you are entitled to guarantees that include:

  • Repair or replacement if a product or service does not meet acceptable quality.

  • Refund or compensation if the failure is major, or if a replacement is also unsatisfactory.

  • Remedies if a service is not delivered with due care and skill, or is not fit for its intended purpose

(c) Our Liability

Nothing in our Sales Terms excludes your Statutory Rights.
Our liability is limited to what is required under the ACL.
All other warranties, express or implied, are excluded unless required by law.

(d) Disclaimer

Except for your Statutory Rights, all products and services are provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied—including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

(e) Faulty Products — Repairs, Replacements, or Refunds

If you believe your product is faulty, please contact us so we can assess the issue. You may be eligible for a replacement in the first instance. We may request:

  • Proof of purchase

  • Evidence of the fault (e.g., photos or written explanation)

  • Return of the faulty product

  • Please note:
    Discomfort or fatigue may result from the initial adjustment period and is considered a normal part of the body’s natural response. This does not necessarily indicate a fault with the product.

(f) Refunds

If a replacement is also faulty or unsatisfactory, you may be eligible for a refund.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the fault is confirmed.

(g) 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you’re not 100% satisfied, you may request a refund by:

  1. Emailing us at info@goodfeet.com within 30 days of purchase

  2. Providing proof of purchase

  3. Returning all arch supports in their original packaging (return shipping at your cost)
