After fitting me with my new arch support to help with my Peripheral Neuropathy they were a blessing as I could not walk a great distance before and my quality of life was affected. Kim stayed in constant contact to make sure I was comfortable. I had to go in for a refit and the girls refitted me with a lower arch support and now I can walk a lot steadily which I have not been able to do for quite a long while without the support of the arches.. "I purchased the package for $2799.00 have not had any relief to my feet so far feet still burning and numbness in heel and sole and my balance is worse feel as if I am falling over all the time. The sales person was very good at selling the product but for me so far no relief not worth the money i spent to get some relief from the continual pain. I found that the push towards the package was so intense that I was completely confused in the end and not enough explanation on what to expect in the way of relief in the future. A bad experience all around both money wise and pain relief."

I know this product is very expensive compared to alternatives but as I have seen varied success from people doing the alternative I thought this would be the best. I am yet to be convinced that they are worth the expense and I am not sure I would recommend anyone I know to this product. I did not get a follow up call after the first week and I had to call myself to solve a problem I was having. I still don’t know what the next step is except I will get a call in a weeks time."

"Rachel was very good at her job and has a very friendly personality. I'm working with the product and hope it helps. I found the products to be very expensive. Also I would advise the company to look at shoe with Velcro. As people like me have problems with shoe laces. I found your store to be very clean. I would advice this company to work with insurance companies to help people with the cost. This would see more people invest in your products. A better pay off system would be good too. "Jodie was willing to listen to the smallest contribution I had to offer. There was no push to buy the product even though I felt it expensive. However, this cost is worth what you get as it is lifelong for the products instead of $600 each 2 years for a moulded set from a podiatrist. I do find it a little confusing but with the instructions form Jodie and written instructions I am hoping it will work well. I also feel that I can phone the store and get some assistance."
